* All mugs will have the image facing for a right handed drinker unless otherwise specified in the Special Instruction Box.

* Orders will be sent out within 24 hours during the business week.

* Our Custom Mugs are Dishwasher and Microwave safe.  We suggest if you do put your Cusom Mug in the dishwasher that you place it on the top rack, and not the bottom.  Hand Washing is recommended if you are not sure how hot your dishwashing water temps are.

There is a $3.00 charge for a second imprint with text only, and $6.00 charge for a second imprint of a full color picture. Please specify which photo and text to be used for the second imprint in the Special Instruction Box. If you are choosing more than one Full Color Photo please make sure you click the proper payment amount before you add the Custom Mug into your shopping cart.  You can upload 3 Images at a time.  Please make sure to click the Confirm Button when finished downloading so you can double check to ensure everything is correct.
