Can I custom design with any picture?

Yes, in fact we encourage you to send any photo you would love to create with a custom designed coffee mug.  We have done photos of a baby’s first sonogram to a photo with a soccer team member’s with each one getting their own custom designed mug with their name personalized on the mug.

How does the extra cost for images and text work?

We place the first image for a custom designed coffee mug on one side.  If a second image on the opposite side is desired, this is what we consider a second image for the $6 charge.   We do not charge for the text with the image.  You can place text with both images for no charge.

The $3 charge for text only is when we place a poem or company info on the opposite side of the first image.

Do you keep the photos once the custom mug is made?

The only time we will save an image is with permission.  Sometimes we receive really fun images to place on mugs, and we may ask permission to keep it as a sample for ideas for others to demonstrate the different ways a custom mug can be created.

Do you have set-up fees?

There are no set-up fees.

How long will the image last on the coffee mug?

As long as you do not drop the mug the image will look as good as the day the picture was taken.

Are the coffee mugs safe to put in a dishwasher?

We suggest if you do put them in the dishwasher that you put your custom mug on the top rack, and not the bottom.  Hand washing is suggested if you are not sure how hot your dishwashing water temps are.

Are the coffee mugs safe to use in the microwave?

Yes.

How good is the quality of the image on the coffee mug?

The quality of the image on our custom mugs is as good as the image we receive.  The higher the resolution of your photo the better the quality of your image will be on our custom mugs.

Can I use any image for a coffee mug?

Any image you wish to create a custom designed coffee mug is totally up to you.  If it is a trademarked image we do not need to have the rights to them only if you send them can we use the image.  We will not keep any image that is copyrighted unless we have permission to do so.

Is there a certain format I need to send for a coffee mug?

We support JPEG, PNG, GIF, or TIFF files. Our Custom Mugs are created at a minimum of 200 ppi (pixels per inch).

When will I receive my order?

Your Custom Mugs will be on their way within 24 hours during the business week.
